We are looking for someone with residential property management experience to join this professional property management team managing properties in the local area.

  • Salary £30,000 pa dependent upon experience
  • Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

  • You will need to have a UK driving license and your own vehicle for property visits when required although this is mainly an office based role

As Property Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a quality portfolio of residential properties for this company that is known for providing an exceptional property management service in the local area
  • Working closely with the Lettings team to ensure smooth transition of tenancies and renewals
  • Advising landlords on the management of their properties
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants
  • Managing any repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is in prime condition
  • Organising Gas/EPC/electrical inspections and renewal of certificates
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
  • Arrange for inventory reports to be made
  • Releasing deposits as and when necessary, ensuring all parties are regularly updated and providing advice regarding any disputes whilst looking to resolve amicably
  • Notifying utility companies and local authorities of new tenancy details

As Property Manager you should have:

  • Been involved in the of management of a portfolio of residential properties
  • An interest in current lettings and residential property management legislation requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good problem solving skills to deal with the wide variety of issues on properties that arise
  • The desire to provide the outstanding property management service that this company prides itself on
