A leading independent Estate and Lettings Agent with successful offices across Surrey and greater London are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced SeniorLettings Negotiator to join their busy Cheam office.
You will be energetic, determined and have the ability to build quick rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You will have strong negotiation skills and a desire to be successful.
Residential Property Lettings is a fast paced, dynamic occupation, so you must be able to thrive in a demanding environment, excel under pressure and want to build on the business that is already successful.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Lettings essential
- Excellent selling ability
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Cheam area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
