- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Morden and Mitcham
- Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor coordination
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
- Ensuring all properties comply with relevant lettings legislation
- Liaising with landlords and tenants in a professional, timely manner
- Managing tenancy renewals, check-outs, and deposit negotiations
- Keeping the property management system up to date
- 1–2 years’ experience in a residential property management role
- Strong working knowledge of current lettings regulations and compliance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
- Competitive salary of £32,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
