About the Role:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential sales professional to step into a leadership position. Whether you're currently a Sales Lister, Assistant Manager, or a top-performing Sales Negotiator, this role offers the chance to manage your own branch and lead a dedicated team to success.

You will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and delivering high levels of customer service, while developing the skills and performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the branch and ensure high performance

  • Lead, coach, and support your team to meet targets and develop professionally

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both vendors and buyers

  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions

  • Identify and drive opportunities for business growth

  • Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion

  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain and improve standards

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency sales

  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to manage a high-performing team

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
