Job Title: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

A highly successful, local independent estate agency with offices in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with strong career progression potential.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Generating new business through calls to new and existing clients
- Canvassing for property instructions
- Negotiating successful property sales
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in estate agency
- Proven sales record
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated attitude
- Local knowledge of the Sutton area (preferred)
- Full driving licence and own car (essential)
