We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor capable of delivering outstanding customer service to meet growing customer demand.

Key Duties Include:
- Managing direct customer interactions
- Workshop scheduling and management
- Providing cost and time estimates, and advising on workshop availability
- Ordering parts
- Invoicing completed jobs
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining a clean and professional workshop and service reception area
- Enhancing the customer experience by going the extra mile
