As a Senior Social Worker - Localitiesyou will be responsible for managing complex cases within the locality teams, providing expert advice, and ensuring the delivery of effective social care services. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to promote well-being and safeguard vulnerable populations. Candidate Responsibilities:
The successful Senior Social Worker - Localities will be expected to:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families within the locality teams.
- Develop, implement, and review tailored intervention plans.
- Act as a lead in safeguarding cases, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and support to junior team members.
- Liaise with external agencies and community organizations to coordinate care.
- Maintain detailed documentation and case records.
- Contribute to team meetings and ongoing service development initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
- Competitive pay rate 28.80 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or 39.04 inclusive of holiday pay
