We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join Remedy Tutors, focusing on students with EHCPs in the Sutton area.
The ideal candidate should have experience in education and a passion for helping children overcome communication barriers, with a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per year.
Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 or small group SALT sessions, providing assessment reports, and liaising with school staff and families.
Candidates should have strong report writing and communication skills, and experience with neurodiverse learners is desirable.
This role offers flexibility in scheduling and caseload, along with support from our SEN-focused team.

We are currently recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to join Remedy Tutors, working with students with EHCPs referred by the Local Authority in the Sutton area and surroundng.

This is a flexible, community-based role that would suit an SALT with experience in education and a passion for helping children overcome communication barriers.

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 or small group SALT sessions in schools and/or homes
Provide detailed assessment reports for EHCPs
Liaise with school staff, families, and LA professionals
Contribute to annual reviews and SEN planning

Ideal Candidate:

Confident working with a range of speech, language, and social communication needs
Strong report writing and communication skills
Experience with neurodiverse learners (ASD, ADHD, etc.) is desirable
