We are currently recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist to join Remedy Tutors, working with students with EHCPs referred by the Local Authority in the Sutton area and surroundng.

This is a flexible, community-based role that would suit an SALT with experience in education and a passion for helping children overcome communication barriers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group SALT sessions in schools and/or homes

  • Provide detailed assessment reports for EHCPs

  • Liaise with school staff, families, and LA professionals

  • Contribute to annual reviews and SEN planning

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident working with a range of speech, language, and social communication needs

  • Strong report writing and communication skills

  • Experience with neurodiverse learners (ASD, ADHD, etc.) is desirable
