A leader in educational travel brands in the UK, as a Sales Consultant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet personal and company sales targets.
  • Liaise with clients to develop tailored tour proposals, ensuring adherence to our Customer Service Guarantee guidelines.
  • Represent the company's service ethic and values in all interactions.
  • Create new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships using telesales and email.
  • Cost proposals accurately using our bespoke system and ensure all tour information is precise and up-to-date.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle sales administration for various tours throughout the year.
  • Maintain sound product knowledge by visiting assigned areas, participating in inspection visits, and continually updating information packs.
  • Coach less experienced colleagues, enhancing their customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and PTR regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong IT proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the School, College, and Sports Club Travel Market.
  • Experience in organising Education Events/Sports Tours.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language (French, Spanish, or other) is advantageous.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Familiarity with destinations, particularly in Europe.
