Bbase salary £25,000 + Commission OTE £65,000
My client is one of the world's most prestigious travel cruise companies dealing with HNWI's, VIP'S and celebrities.
They are now seeking to add sales motivated Travel Sales Consultants to their team as the travel industry reopens
The Travel Sales Consultant is responsible for growing and servicing portfolio of high nett worth clients adopting a consultative approach with a focus on the delivery of the highest levels of customer service.
Candidates must have previous outbound/warm calling sales experience in a target-based environment gained using a consultative approach.
Luxury travel sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Creating high end bespoke holiday itineraries based on client's requirements.
Maintain excellent working relationship and deliver exceptional service to clients
Follow up on all options held, reporting on quotes and options held.
Pro-actively deal with any customer issues arising, seeking guidance and support as required.
Ability to meet sales targets whilst delivering high levels of customer service
Travel Sales Consultant Skills Required:
Previous experience gained in an outbound sales environment using a consultative approach
Experience in selling a high value product is an advantage
Excellent customer service skills, with strong attention to detail.
Travel Sales Consultant - Salary and Benefits
Guaranteed Basic salary of £25,000 + Uncapped Commission potential of £65,000
Guaranteed Commission for the first three months depending on experience
Regular educational visits.
1 free cruise per year worth over £10,000 for 2 people.
23 days annual leave + bank holidays
