What you'll do
- Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.
- Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.
- Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.
- Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.
- Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.
What you'll need
- 2+ years' construction estimating/quoting experience.
- Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.
- Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
- Able to commute to Swadlincote.
