Damp and Mould Operative
17.00 - 20.00 Per hour
Location - South Derbyshire
Full Time, 37 Hours per week,
Contracted Position for a duration of 8 months
Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Damp and Mould Operative to join a their repairs and maintenance team on a contracted basis.
Daily duties of the Damp and Mould Operative consist of:
- Identify damp and mould and understand how it requires treating
- To remove any defective decoration damaged by damp and mould
- Wash, clean and treat areas that are affected by damp and mould
- Take before and after photos of work carried out
- Using the provided PPE
- Undertake small elements of decorating
Essential Experience of the Damp and Mould Operative:
- Possess a full UK drivers license
- Be willing to undertake any necessary training
