Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Contract Meat Factory Despatch Operative to join their team in Derby De11. As a Despatch Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of products from the meat factory. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality control. You will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading products, and ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately.
Monday to Friday, 0600-around 1600, early finish on Friday.Â

- Proven experience as a Despatch Worker or in a similar role
- Able to worked in chilled environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
