Used Car Administrator / Delivery Coordinator

- Basic: £21,600
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy used car supermarket and brokerage at their Head Office in Swadlincote. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the sales and delivery process. This role would suit someone with dealership sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Following up with clients and customers to confirm vehicle handover details
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries
- Processing and chasing invoices, arranging payments, and updating records
- Supporting the sales and logistics team to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Handling general administrative duties to keep everything running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in dealership sales administration (ideal)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence in chasing payments and handling invoices
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
