Are you an CAD Technician / Detailer from a Construction or Architectural background, looking for a pathway into hands-on Project Management for an award-winning Construction Company?
This is a unique opportunity to break into an exciting role that bridges CAD Design and Project Management. Working in a small expert team, you'll take ownership of bespoke Construction Projects while supporting delivery - from early design concepts through to final execution - overseeing Project progress and delivery on some of the UK's most innovative Architectural Projects
Within this role, you will:
- Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Help manage project lifecycles from concept through to delivery
- Occasionally attend client site visits to support project rollout
This role is perfect for Detailers who want more variety than sitting behind a desk - ideal for those looking to engage with clients, broaden their influence, and explore routes into project engineering or technical consultancy.
The Role:
* Project Management
* Technical training on specialist construction systems
* Hands-on client engagement and project coordination
* Future progression into project leadership or advanced design roles
The Person:
* Understands CAD in Construction / Architecture
* Comfortable liaising with clients and managing technical documentation
* Keen to move into a broader role with real progression and variation
* Construction or structural knowledge desirable
