Day to day, you'll build and optimise production schedules, coordinate materials and resources, and plan logistics to ensure on-time delivery. You'll analyse performance data, resolve bottlenecks, drive safety and compliance, and work closely with purchasing, quality, sales and suppliers to keep information accurate and decisions timely.

The job

  • Create and adjust production and logistics plans; monitor progress and remove bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate materials, inventory, transport and suppliers; maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Lead problem-solving/root-cause activity with cross-functional teams; uphold safety and compliance.

The Person

  • Proven background in production or logistics planning within manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder skills; organised and decisive.
  • Confident with planning/logistics software and data reporting; safety-aware mindset.

Working pattern

On-site, Swadlincote; Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 with a little flexibility.
