Production Supervisor Job Details & Benefits;
- £16.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 6am-2pm with flexibility to move to 08:30pm 17:00pm in the future
- Paid overtime after 37.5 hours
- 25 daysholiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks

Production Supervisor Job Details;
- You will be required to manage a medium sized team (circa 14 people)
- Carrying out Labour Management and planning daily labour to best utilise the machines in all areas
- Troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines
- Production planning
- Managing absence, investigations etc
- Looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements
Production Supervisor Person Specification;
- Previous Supervisory experience is required
- Labour Management / planning experience
- Skilled in planning / sequencing production
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Machinery knowledge Good understanding of general production machinery
- Strong Communication skills
