What you'll be doing:
- Social housing provider for Birmingham
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Preparing and sending daily/weekly client reports.
- Managing and inputting data efficiently in Excel.
- Providing top-notch customer service and handling phone inquiries.
- Collaborating with the team while being self-sufficient when needed.
What We're looking for:
- Someone proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A detail-oriented individual with great data management skills.
- A professional with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Previous admin experience essential.
