SF Recruitment are currently seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a busy office environment while supporting their Project Admin team with essential day-to-day tasks. Our client is looking to move quickly and therefore does require candidates who are immediately available and can commit to a straight start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering the door in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming telephone calls and directing them as appropriate
- Printing and distributing drawings and documents for the production team
- Providing general administrative support to the Project Admin team
- Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as required
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using office equipment and systems (e.g. printer, phone, basic software)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This role is ideal for someone with admin experience or a keen interest in developing their skills in a supportive office setting. While this position supports the Project Admin function, it will remain more of a general administrative support role throughout the temporary period.
