We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Worker to join our care team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support and assistance to patients/residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients/residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, and toileting.

Monitor and record vital signs, patient observations, and report changes to nursing staff.

Support medical and nursing staff in delivering quality patient care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.

Promote dignity, respect, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Support patients with rehabilitation or therapeutic activities as directed.

Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.

Document care activities accurately and promptly.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required.
