We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee works at a substation project in Swaffham. The role requires strong leadership and proven experience delivering projects involving reinforced concrete (RC) and groundworks.
Key Responsibilities:
路Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
路Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain effectively.
路Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
路Report progress to senior management and maintain accurate site records.
路Oversee RC structures and groundworks activities.
Requirements:
路Previous experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering or substation projects.
路Strong background in RC works and groundworks.
路Proven management and leadership skills, with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
路SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
