What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up) in a busy hotel, restaurant or coastal hospitality environment

  • Skilled in high-volume service and quality food preparation

  • Strong teamwork, communication and organisation - comfortable working across different services (restaurant, bar, hotel guests)

  • A passion for good produce, seafood/coastal cuisine or locally inspired menus - appreciating what the location offers rather than standard chain-hotel food
