Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead production-related activities for New Product Introductions (NPI).

  • Support and maintain existing product lines and production documentation.

  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Monitor and report production KPIs to stakeholders.

  • Design and maintain engineering documentation including BoMs and work instructions.

  • Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with regulations and internal policies.

  • Oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of new production equipment.

  • Provide operator training for safe and effective equipment use.

  • Drive continuous improvement using LEAN manufacturing principles.

  • Troubleshoot production line issues and liaise with internal/external teams.

  • Manage manufacturing drawing preparation, routing flows, and consumables.

Requirements & Skills:
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.

  • Strong ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings.

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining production line documentation and procedures.

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.

  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding operational goals.
