Involve Recruitment are in search for an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in building works to take the lead on a significant new project in the Swansea area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing projects from initial set-up through to final handover, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site activities on a multidisciplinary building-focused project.

  • Manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction, site establishment, and build execution through to completion and handover.

  • Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Uphold safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in delivering building-led construction projects.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage site teams and coordinate trades effectively.

  • Experience delivering projects with an internal workforce is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with project start-up and handover procedures.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in managing heritage, mixed-use, or regeneration building projects is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of local planning and building regulations.
