- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the Swansea site and support other locations in Southwest Wales.
- Conduct and manage risk assessments, health & safety checks, fire safety inspections, and ensure all statutory compliance is met.
- Meet and greet contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards and site protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Proven experience in facilities management within a multi-site or complex environment.
- A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel requirements.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage contractors and build strong working relationships.
