Experienced chef required for AA rosette Gastropub/restaurant on Gower.

About us...

Located just above Mumbles seaside town on the gateway to Gower, the Plough and Harrow Murton is a well established Gastropub/restaurant with multiple awards including an AA rosette, the top 50 Sunday lunches in the UK and best Gastropub food in Swansea.

We are passionate about delivering fantastic food using fresh and local ingredients - Our chefs work as a team to develop new and innovative menus and ideas.

After 10 years of hard work building ourselves as Gowers top Gastropub we are looking overhaul our core food offering and develop new area of the business such as events (weddings, baby showers and birthday parties etc)

About you...

You will be an experienced chef used to working with fresh ingredients - ideally you will having worked in a similar high-end environment previously but we are willing to help develop the right candidates with passion looking to take a step up.

You will have high attention to deal and are excited about developing and trying out new ideas and dishes

You will be able to mentor those around you and alongside the management play a key role in ensuring consistency and high standards to quality in all our food offerings.

Full time hours (40--48) per week spread across 5 days Weds-Sunday.
