An established and award-winning construction business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee high-quality projects across South Wales. The role offers the opportunity to work on bespoke new builds, restorations, and heritage schemes, delivering to the very highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts from the tender stage through to completion.
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and in-house trades.
  • Control budgets, procurement, and construction programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support and mentor site staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing medium to large construction projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of listed-building and heritage projects (desirable).
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
