In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth fleet management and delivering top-tier service to our valued clients. From managing critical databases and coordinating vehicle logistics to providing essential reporting and liaising directly with drivers, your contributions will be vital to our success.
What You'll Be Doing:- Client & Data Management: You'll be the go-to person for preparing client review meeting data, managing databases, and maintaining license check platform.
- Fleet Coordination: From arranging hire requests and deliveries to managing vehicle extensions, returns, and collections, you'll keep our fleet running like a well-oiled machine. You'll also be key in contacting drivers for renewals, circulating reminders, and updating fleet lists.
- Driver Liaison: You'll be the first point of contact for drivers, monitoring the helpline and resolving any issues or queries they may have.
- Reporting & Administration: Get ready to dive into annual P11D reporting, provide essential end-of-month client reports, and maintain accurate records of client orders and commissions.
- Supplier & Business Development Support: You'll obtain weekly status updates from suppliers, manage driver feedback, schedule meetings, and support our Business Development Team as needed.
- Exceptional Organisation & Attention to Detail: You're meticulous and can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can liaise effectively with clients, drivers, and suppliers, both written and verbally.
- Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a self-starter who can anticipate needs and find solutions efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with databases, online platforms, and general office software.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Starting Salary: £24,000 per annum
- Work Location: Primarily office-based in Cardiff, with flexible home working available a few days a week after passing probation.
- Driving License: Full driving license desirable, but not required.
