We are seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator to join our team at a busy doctor's surgery. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and looking to make a difference in a healthcare setting.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage patient records and ensure they are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with the processing of insurance forms and other paperwork.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
