CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance and HR Manager for a fantastic business based in Swansea. The role is office based in Swansea and a salary of up to £42,000 is available.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage daily financial operations and records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
- Handle all Sage 50 functions (ledgers, reconciliation, A/P & A/R).
- Create custom Sage reports and export data for Excel analysis.
- Use Excel for data modelling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
- Submit VAT returns.
- Assist with Corporation Tax filings.
- Manage online banking and BACS payments.
- General HR Duties
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Hands-on finance experience in an SME environment.
- Proficient in Sage 50 (or Sage 100 with ability to adapt).
- Strong Excel skills.
- HR Experience
