In this role you will be a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer. You will be a senior point of escalation for the company, working towards solutions design and working across multiple projects and technology. You will be exposed to: Microsoft 365, Azure, Veeam, Datto and Fortinet to name but a few.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an IT Project role. They will be able to maintain, design or install networks, any client facing experience is also a great boost to applications. They will be able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.
The Role
- Focus on project work and solutions design
- Proactively and reactively solve issues as they arise
- Act as a senior point of escalation for the company
- Maintain, design and install a range IT products
The Person
- Previous experience in IT roles is required
- Able to configure hardware, software, systems, networks and servers
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
