Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Technician to join a well-established refinery in Clydach, Swansea. This 6-month contract is ideal for candidates with warehouse or logistics experience, preferably within a high-risk or industrial environment. The role requires flexibility with shift patterns, a strong work ethic, and an excellent commitment to safety.
Key Duties
Operate a forklift truck (recognised qualification desirable).
Handle metal powders and pellets safely.
Sieve and decant materials into containers.
Collect and deliver materials across various site areas.
Load wagons and support wider warehouse operations.
Promote and adhere to Safe Systems of Work.
Requirements
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential).
CCNSG / National Safety Passport (required).
Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and ability to champion safe working practices.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
