Are you a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property, looking for a flexible and enjoyable place to work? Yolk Legal is excited to represent a leading and highly reputable law firm based in Swansea, who are looking to expand their team.

What you will be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

You will be managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including development projects, restructures, acquisitions, disposals and regular leases.

The experience you will bring to the team:

We are looking from Newly Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 months relevant commercial property experience up to 5 years PQE. In addition, you will be:

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to hit the ground running and progress well within this role
