Location: The Mumbles, Swansea
Salary: 25-27,000 Dependant on experience

If you've already got a few years' sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, we'll show you how to transfer those skills into recruitment and give you all the training you need to succeed.

Day-to-day you will:
- Source and profile candidates for specialist roles
- Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
- Build relationships with clients and support them with their recruitment needs
- Negotiate fees and manage the offer process (full training given)
- Work towards achievable targets with strong team support
What you'll bring:
- Previous office-based sales or target-driven experience
- Confident and professional phone manner (this is a phone-based role)
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive, results-focused approach
