What You'll Be Doing

As Shift Manager, you'll lead a team of production operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations. You'll coordinate safety, quality, and output - while keeping costs and waste to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shift operations across production, engineering, and quality

  • Manage workflow, resources, and equipment to hit output and quality targets

  • Communicate clearly with other Shift Managers to ensure seamless handovers

  • Prepare and present detailed shift reports for senior management

  • Champion a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture

  • Drive CI projects and promote a high-performance mindset across the team

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in shift or production management within manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements

  • Demonstrable experience with lean or continuous improvement practices
