  • The role will initially be on a day shift for a few weeks before transitioning to a rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday, covering 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.
  • This multi-skilled position requires a 70% mechanical and 30% electrical skill set, with a focus on hands-on work and continuous improvement.
  • Candidates should have experience in process improvement and be proactive in identifying and preventing faults rather than just responding to machine failures.

Due to expansion we are looking for 2 Maintenance Fitters to join the team and become an integral part of the success of the business.

The role will start on a day shift - possibly only for a few weeks - then will move to a shift pattern being Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm/2pm -10pm and 10pm - 6am.

The role is a multi-skilled position with a 70%/30% Mechanical/Electrical.

We are looking for people who are hands on with a passion for continuous improvement.

The role will be the usual drive shafts and gear boxes but what we really need is you be involved in process improvement, help the line become more efficient.

Looking at process faults, how they can be prevented not just waiting for the machines to be repair and off we go again!

You will have the expertise and may have had similar issues the past, so your skills and experience will be invaluable.
