Business Development/Customer Relations Manager

Swindon

£30,000 pa plus generous commission and company benefits

Evoke Staffing are working with a very successful organisation based in Swindon. They are now looking for a Business Development and Customer Relations Manager to increase sales and service customers. Ensuring consistent customer engagement, identifying new opportunities and growing sales across all channels.

Duties:

  • To manage and maintain customer data and interactions using CRM
  • To establish contact with new and potential customers, presenting the company and assessing their potential for business
  • To identify other business development opportunities and liaise with Logistics, Production and Marketing Managers
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service and inform internal teams
  • To maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring they’re kept up-to-date on new products, promotions, or operational changes
  • Support the development and execution of customer marketing campaigns and loyalty initiatives
  • Adhere to All Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations

To secure this position, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, CRM platforms, and basic website management
  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Self-motivated and highly organised with strong attention to detail

It would also be a big advantage if you have food industry experience, but this is not essential.
