The role is full-time, with hours from 07:30 to 17:30 Monday to Wednesday and 07:30 to 17:00 on Thursday, offering a pay rate of £12.50 per hour.
Responsibilities include working in a production environment, operating pick and place machines, and handling delicate products.
Candidates must have previous experience in fine manufacturing and working under a microscope, along with great attention to detail and hand steadiness.
This position requires relevant experience, specifically in working with circuit boards, and is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Thrive Group are recruiting for a Production Operator on a temporary to permanent basis (after 12 weeks), with a view to start immediately.

This position is located in Swindon.

This is a full-time position working 07:30-17:30, Monday-Wednesday and 07:30-17:00, Thursday, paying 12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities of the role includes;

Working within production environment within a small team, need to be a Team Player and Flexible
Working in the Seal Area
Some manual activity using pick and place machines.
Delicate product handling.
Temp to Perm Position
