My client are looking for an expert strategic HR and organisational development candidate to lead and work with senior leaders across the breath of complex HR issues

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 55+ per hour, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Swindon (Hybrid):

  • Strategic alignment: Partner with senior leaders to develop, implement, and embed HR strategies that support long-term goals
  • Organisational design & change management programmes: Lead initiatives around the design and delivery of restructuring
  • Talent and development strategy: Collaborate on succession planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Performance & capability: Drive performance management processes and support capability building across teams

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • CIPD qualified
  • Organisational development experience is essential
  • Local Authority experience is essential
