In this key role, you will support the Team Manager in leading and supervising a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality services for care leavers. You'll drive best practice, manage complex cases, and contribute to service development.
You'll offer:
- Social Work qualification & Social Work England registration.
- Significant experience working with care leavers and knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989, Leaving Care Act 2000).
- Proven experience in supervising staff or mentoring social workers.
- Strong leadership, assessment, and decision-making skills.
