Responsibilities
  • Support the team manager in overseeing daily operations within the MASH service.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies and policies.
  • Assist in the supervision and development of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Person Specification
  • Demonstrated experience working within a MASH service.
  • Proven management experience, with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
