About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Protection Specialist to join the firm on an employed basis. You will be able to enjoy the flexibility of remote working, as well as getting high-quality leads. As an advisor you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a range of protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and more. Working closely to understand the clients’ needs and provide bespoke recommendations.

The benefits of being a Protection Specialist:

  • Basic salary of £35,000.
  • OTE £52,000 to £70,000+
  • Remote working.

  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with regular early finishes on a Friday.
  • 30 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), plus your birthday off.

Your responsibilities as a Protection Specialist will include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ protection needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable protection products.
  • Grow and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

What will you need to succeed as a Protection Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a protection advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of protection products and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-focused approach.
  • Enjoy working independently but thrive as part of a team.
