Hgv Class 2 Driver

Our Client is looking for a HGV Class 2 driver that loves those early starts, & they are based in Swindon

A Valid CPC & Digi Tacho is required for this role and any appliccant must have no more than 3 points on their driving license 

Main Shift Pattern 

Monday – Friday (Early Morning) starting times from 00:00-02:00 and roughly finishing between the hours of 08:00/10:00

Our client operates Sunday - Friday  - Other Shifts that may need covering from time to time - 

Sunday – Thursday (Nights) starting times from 19:00-21:00 and roughly finishing between the hours of 02:00/05:00 the following morning

Monday – Friday (Nights) starting times from 19:00-21:00 and roughly finishing between the hours of 02:00/05:00 the following morning

• Ensuring the goods are put into the right areas of temperature.
• Delivering to customer premises.
• Goods are left in a safe and agreed area.
• Ensuring vehicle is kept in a good, maintained condition.
• Completing debrief paperwork on return.
• Reporting any issues to the transport team as soon as possible.
• Taking photographs of deliveries to reduce credit requests and to show the condition goods were left.
• Cover for other driver routes if required.

Carrying out Vehicle inspections each day, reporting on the system via a mobile device
