A countryside hospitality destination is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting a collaborative culinary environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and presents dishes to high standards
- Supervises and supports junior kitchen staff
- Maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Contributes to seasonal and innovative menu development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and food safety knowledge
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for quality and teamwork
