About you
You understand large format because you’ve lived it. You’re the person clients call when they need someone calm, capable and straight-talking. You enjoy winning work, but you enjoy keeping clients even more. You like clear goals, you like building long-term relationships and you like being part of a team where everyone pulls in the same direction. Most of all, you want to use your experience to help a growing site push on to its next stage.
Your experience
You’ve worked in large format long enough to know what’s possible, what isn’t and how to guide clients towards the best outcome. You’re confident discussing materials, finishes, deadlines and budgets without overcomplicating things. You’ve managed or mentored people before and you’re comfortable leading from the front. If you’ve touched digital or litho too, great, but large format is where you’re at your strongest and happiest.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll take ownership of large format sales for the Swindon site, bringing clarity, direction and momentum to the function. You’ll look after existing clients and make sure they always feel valued, while also developing new relationships and spotting opportunities early. You’ll plan, forecast and report in a way that keeps everyone aligned and confident. You’ll work closely with production and marketing so conversations flow, projects run smoothly and the team always feels connected. Above all, you’ll help shape a positive, ambitious culture built on trust, openness and the desire to grow together.

Large format is a core part of what they do, and they’re continuing to invest in the right kit and the right people to stay ahead. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and supportive.
