Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to the busy property compliance team.
You will provide client side management of a programme of Fire Risk Assessments & Fire door replacements which have been outsourced. So the work will involve regular progress meetings, liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure timescales and completions are achieved as planned. You will also have to manage remedial actions recommended from the assessments.
