Groundworker - Swindon - Void properties
Experienced Groundworker required in Swindon to work on void social housing properties on an excellent new long term contract doing external maintenance.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.
Groundworker Day to Day:
- Concrete and brick repairs
- Excavating and replacement of concrete paths
- Lift and relay patios slabs
- Installing new paths and associated brick and block repairs
- Work will be varied property to property
- Reporting on progress to a supervisor
- Working efficiently and safely
- Using a tablet to log progress on jobs
- Travelling in the work van to various properties in the Swindon and surrounding areas
Groundworker Requirements:
- Good groundworks experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
