About Our Client

Our client is a UK-wide network of accredited independent repair centres providing accident repair solutions for insurers, fleets, and accident management companies. We deliver rapid deployment, consistent repair quality, and enhanced customer service by connecting claims processes with a trusted repair supply chain.

Role Overview

You’ll lead new business development for the business, targeting insurers and fleet operators. Your primary focus will be securing new commercial relationships with senior decision-makers, with the opportunity to transition into long-term account management as the client base grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the insurance and fleet sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at insurer, broker, and claims management organisations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales process: from initial contact through to contract close.
  • Report regularly on pipeline activity and contribute to commercial strategy.
  • Provide high-quality account management to new clients post-onboarding.
  • Share market insights to inform product development and operational improvements.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B business development—MUST be from either the accident repair, motor claims, or salvage sector.
  • Strong network and experience engaging with senior insurance executives.
  • Commercially driven, highly motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Package

  • Salary: £60,000–£90,000 depending on experience
