The Role:
- Lead and manage the installation of steel structures across international sites
- Oversee the full site installation process in line with CDM Regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Implement and uphold company policies for health, safety, environmental compliance, and installation procedures
- Act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
- Work closely with senior project and engineering teams to achieve the highest standards on every project
- Regular global travel to project sites with occasional visits to the UK head office
The Person:
- Ex-forces background with a construction or engineering focus
- Proven experience installing steel structures, bridges, or similar large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and on-site health and safety compliance
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on complex, challenging projects
