Electrical Site/Project Manager – Swindon

What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee, manage and contribute the delivery of the works.

  • Drive quality control, safety standards, and risk mitigation across site operations.

  • Liaise with ME engineers, site team, and operatives to keep the project on schedule and on budget.

  • Report progress, issues, and opportunities effectively to senior stakeholders.

Who you are

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing electrical projects in the £1.5M–£2M range (or similarly scaled/complex).

  • Strong technical acumen across containment systems, DBs, cabling, and lighting.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear, confident communicator—adept at stakeholder coordination and team leadership.

  • SSSTS/SMSTS/ Level 6/7 qualification.

  • Experience in commercial or community-focused construction projects.
